Carlos installed two medicine cabinets and three ceiling fans for me. This clean cut workman arrived and went right to work. He worked until all the work was completed and didn’t even take a break. All the items met my expectations and he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire him again!

He responded promptly to my post describing my needed diagnosis/repair of water damage to wall and baseboard under leaking window. We negotiated a timetable and price to include needed materials and he Immediately started work late morning, calling in a helper. They completed tear-out and went to buy materials without a lunch break. By dinner time, they had replace all the rotted wood inside the wall, treated for mildew. and caulked the window very thoroughly. Let it dry for 2 days and let a heavy rainstorm test the caulking. Returned as promised on Saturday and completed the work in 4 hours, complete with new studs, drywall, insulation, and trim/baseboard. Very neat also including cleanup. Completely satisfied and would use again.
Carlos is an outstanding handy man. He is very dependable and a perfectionist. I was recommend him to my family and friends.
I normally do not hire anyone to help me with things around the house but since my husband is deployed and we just moved into a new place, I had no choice. Carlos was exactly what I needed for the few jobs that I couldn’t do on my own. He arrived on time, had reasonable prices for the projects I had and was fast and efficient.
